They rescue a will formula that has not been used since 1918 - Interview with Antonio Heredero on the Galician television newscast.
Unfortunately, and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many concerned clients call our office asking for legal advice to sign a will.
Today they interviewed one of our lawyers again, this time our colleague and partner, Antonio Heredero González-Posadas and the television newscast of Galicia Television, which emphasizes the possibility of making a will in the event of an epidemic.
It is a testamentary form that allows, when one cannot move or when one is confined, to grant a will, for example, in your own home in the presence of three witnesses over the age of 16 who are not beneficiaries or family.
This will has the virtuality that it is not necessary to travel to sign it. This type of will is designed for people who are in the hospital. Once signed, the testator has two months to validate it before a Notary, but if by chance the person dies before having done so, the will is perfectly valid.
