Aviso - Covid-19

Dear client:

Following approval of Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14^th of March, declaring the state of alarm for the health crisis caused by COVID-19, from BALMS ABOGADOS we want to inform that we have adopted all the organization and telework measures to be able to continue advising and helping all our clients while guaranteeing the safety and health of the fantastic team of professionals that make up BALMS ABOGADOS.

These days there have been numerous consultations that we are attending and the work that we are carrying out on the consequences of COVID-19 on economic and business activity. In particular, we are already working on labour measures, informing clients of the procedure and operation of the Temporary Employment Regulation Files.

In addition, we are working on the tax measures approved on the 12^th of March, through Royal Decree-Law 7/2020, which allows the payment of certain tax debts to be postponed until the 30^th of May 2020.

In the coming days, we will inform you of the different legal measures that are being adopted by the Government, so that our clients can overcome this situation with the best advice and with all the attention they always receive from BALMS ABOGADOS.
