Oscar Gomez has a Law Degree by the University of Seville and a Master's degree in Corporate Law by ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
He began his professional career as a lawyer at GARRIGUES, in the Labour Law Department. In 2002 he joined the firm BALMS ABOGADOS, where he is currently Partner and the Director of the Litigation Law Department.
During his professional career, he has specialised in Administrative Law and Urban Planning Law, having advised both, companies and Public Administrations. This experience has allowed him to participate as an advisor in important urban and real estate projects, as well as in hotel projects.
Due to his extensive training in Labour Law, he has also provided advisory services to large companies in this area, both in the litigation field and in collective disputes and collective bargaining.
He is also currently a lecturer at the Alliance Manchester Business School in England, where he teaches "Negotiation Skills" within the Global MBA study programme.
